Hi Adam, for western food I like going to “Eat Am Are” for steaks and salads. It’s an American style steakhouse with a decent amount of varieties. The taste is of Thai standard, but what I really like about this chain restaurant are the prices and the amount of food you get. It’s one of the most affordable steakhouses I’ve come across in Thailand. However, the catch is it’s almost always full during lunch and dinner times, so you might have to queue up a little bit. Btw, do you know what happened to Dan’s newest channel? I couldn’t find it anymore. Is he still in Thailand? Miss seeing you guys together! 😊

After being semi forced to leave Holland because of the situation here the first 6 -8 months I came to Thailand Pattaya in general majority of the days I went to the bar for to long. For sure something I would change if I would do it again!

If I drink coffee it will make my head light n i don't like that feeling. So no coffee for me. Fruit juice are great. Nice parks ... been there really good to walk. My favourite is lumpini park.

Adam make sure the mushrooms are organic because mushrooms absorbs everything from the soil like a sponge. Another health tip avoid vegetable oils because they are toxic and causes inflammation. Sadly most foods are fried with vegetable oils

I think its funny I have had comments from people why are we eating McDonald's or other fast foods. But for them there a tourist and I have loved in Asia for over 10yrs so rice everyday is not for Australian's. So the tourist can just eat Asian food as it supports the locals, I love Asian food too but not daily.

Markets here are cheap and everywhere for fresh veg and herbs and meat from Makro is fine.Splurge a villa mart Whole beautiful chicken ready to roast for 400thb (was 200thb pre covid) Start cooking for the week my man and you will feel the best ever. Also, nothing good comes out of 7-11 apart from beers. Lecture over! Enjoy.
