Side note, I literally just read that zucchini can be turned into a flour that can be partially replaced in many recipes without change to the end product! How neat, I'd like to try that!

Awesome! The biggest thing is just to look at the variety and how many days it takes to harvest and then compare that to your first frost date. 😊😊
