I've been nervous for the kids when they were out racing knowing that hadn't gave them a prayer from God to make the safe it's good to see the family back together racing as it should be glad the family had good time. Rob is a tremendous help for Billy he has a lot of knowledge and the nova is looking good. Jeremy is a hoot to watch film he just wonders off and films some old time cool stuff my father in law was the same way anything that he saw that was old and cool that's where we would find him. Can’t wait to see the C10 finished up and get on the Malibu. I think it’s gonna run really well especially on the bottle. Hopefully the 7.5” will live for a while. Back in the day I had a cutlass and seems like every other week we were replacing parts in the 7.5” rear. Of course that was after nitrous was put on it lol. For what you are planning for the Malibu add Moroso trick springs and some Viking shocks and with stock wheel wells a 29" is the largest tire you can install with light rubbing! Good luck Bill and great video!

I've owned dozens of these cars, the most hilarious was a 2.14 car that we put a 403 olds in front of. I don't know what speed we hit on 71 south of Columbus on the way home from Jegs, but it was like Ludicrous Speed from Spaceballs.

Bill. I am G body man. I have owned many of them. The widest wheel/tire combo on the rear of that "stock" malibu is a 4 inch back space, 15x8 and a 275/50/15. And that tire will take just a little bit of trimming of the wheel well lip on the quarter panel to not interfere with it. I do have 15x8, 4 inch B.S. with a 275/60/15 on my 79 Pontiac Lamans Wagon. I had to do major wheel lip trimming to the quarter panel lips to stop the car from chewing up the sidewall with that combo. Also, set that park brake on those trucks when loading and unloading the cars. Seeing that truck rocking back and forth while loading up made me cringe. Not good on transmission internals and flex plates. Thanks again for the as always great content. Love it.

Fancy Gap scenery is amazing. I just cant handle my ears lol. Rode the Harley last time. That was insane. Felt like it blew up on the 30 mile down hill. Lake norman is beautiful for sure.
