Ingenious use of common items to solve problems you could improve this design but I am sure you know that. I think some people miss the point of this channel,you would make a good person to have after the apocalypse lol.

Filter Queen and TriStar vacuum cleaner attachments will do that.

Not your best work. Obvious leak problem and weight problem if used with just water. Can use a hose and use venturi effect - blow next to a hose's exit, and that'll suck up water from the other side of the hose. Works great with the cement though. Don't think that has a good solution.
