I can't remember how long I've watched this channel. It's been over 5 years but easily this was one of those days we all dream of. I've only had one of these days myself and yes the weather was crappy as well.

That deer burger looked fantastic. What we love doing now is doing brat patties. We'll grind it and mix it like you would for normal bratwurst, but make burger patties instead of stuffing it in a case. Absolutely amazing. This last time for fat we used pork belly. Mmmmm. 10/10 recommend giving it a shot if those guys make their own stuff.
