I watched all 5 of the house clean up, but I enjoyed watching it again all together. You have such an integrity in your work. So many others leave the cut grass and they would have left half of it undone with one excuse or another. Your work is amazing!😊

No Sir, I do not take prisoners! I love to eat my jungle greens. I'm a German AS Mower 901 SM Flail mower that beats these greens into submission with all my spinning flails.

Hands down the worst yard I have seen on any yard transformation video and to top it off it took a month to finish it, much respect for you for not giving up on the gentleman who owns the property. Your compassion and humility showed in the work that you do for people who need it the most. ( the elderly, the sick, and the ones who are down on their luck. ) Thank you.

Goodness! I think the shopping cart has to be the funniest thing. All the grass, bushes, trees, and other stuff in that yard, and you find a shopping cart! You could use it like a wheelbarrow

If not for Phil you would likely still be slogging away there. A trick I learned many years ago. When you know you are going to be loading brush, tie a pair of ropes at the back of the trailer before loading, and throw the loose ends up over the front. Then load up. When you get to the dump pull the two ropes up and over the brush and continue pulling. This will sort of roll out the brush, almost like a conveyor. If it is extremely heavy you can drive a rod into the ground, attach the ropes to that, then drive away with the ropes doing the work for you. It can also work to do it in layers if you have plenty of ropes, which is very helpful if it is a larger load.

This property was a mammoth job, and thankfully, you, along with help, got it done! Thank you for being such an amazing person, Tim! I wouldn't want to know what it would cost This man to have this done by anyone else, I would imagine he wouldn't of been able to afford it, but thankfully there's you who has a big and giving heart! I wouldn't have missed this recap for anything. It was truly! Epic! I can't imagine how you would have done it without the flail mower. I could only imagine chopping your way in with a hedge cutter. Definitely above and beyond. Kudos to you on a remarkable yard recovery.

A fantastic transformation! I tip my hat to all the people who pitched in to help. Even if the homeowner had the best tools, without the expertise to use them it still couldn't have been done. I sincerely hope that now you've sorted it out, he can keep it up. Great job! (PS - I hope the homeowner's next project is putting in a new fence.)

Tim, when I first started watching this mammoth clean up, I thought there's no way anyone is living there because of the state of the property and the temporary fencing around part of the property. I honestly thought it was going to be bulldozed, but that didn't make any sense, because you wouldn't be cleaning it up. Couldn't believe the amount of back breaking work you put into this cleaning up, hope the gentleman is happy with the results and is able to maintain his yards.

Hey Tim, That is a beast of a machine that just ploughs through high grass, shrubs etc etc. Much better than using a whipper snipper or by hand but the transformation is amazing. One of the best yard clean ups i have ever seen . Hats off to you Tim and much respect . I know you had some help on this one , but as essentially a one man band that was truly a remarkable effort , your work ethic is something to behold . Great to see the bin and greenwaste people helping out on this one and of course the volunteers who came to your aid . Im sure their help was much appreciated. This REALLY was a horrendous undertaking! Remarkable results. This sped up version, though interesting, really didn't show ALL the problems, and speedbumps you encountered.
