😂 that's absolutely ridiculous. Should have gone to Specsavers. I had to report a delivery driver for being on his phone as he pulled up as he delivered and as he drove off again. I got video footage and customer service asked me to send it to an email. He still delivers but not seen him on his phone again so hopefully someone has had a word.
