I noticed she has come out of her shell little more during this move, helping mom at the little coghill loading ect and when they share the videos of them unloading I have seen nothing but smiles from Mary Carl!!

Good Morning! I think MaryCarl needs to do some of her artwork on the two long sides of the new chicken coupe. That was an awesome move of all those chickens. Hopefully there will eventually be overhead cover for the chickens to protect them from aerial threats. Raptors and owls…always on the hunt. And I think you said you were going to have the dogs in with the chickens for a while? Love, love, love the safety precautions you have taken with all your animals. Cog Hill Farm is on the move to bigger and better things to come!!!

Plans are really coming together and the topper would have been seeing young MC bust a move, but I will settle for the laughter and sound of joy in her voice. I almost forgot to breathe while Brooke navigated the gate. She’s an expert on that tractor , and the hen house slid right through the opening Enjoyed seeing Carl and Lester’s dance again. Carl just looks for excuses to dance. Lester says Carl has happy hands-- those wings are always moving!

I'm so glad you guy's and Lester and his clan became friends, my two favorite families to watch. Love watching both of the families having fun doing farm chores and the love you all have for those animals. Now if Mary Carl can tell us all what kind of duck Pablo is, he/she looks like a cross between a Muscovy and a Mallard maybe? Not really sure and have no idea if he/she is male or female, but Mary Carl is always my go to person I think of for feathered babies lol

Brooke can really handle that tractor. In moving chickens, to keep the squawking down, tuck their head under your arm and they are in the dark again and calm down. I couldn't tell. Do you have the nesting boxes up in the new coop? Or are they in the next move?

71 chickens! Gathering them up at night really did work beautifully! I had no idea you had THAT many chickens. :) Seeing the glow of goat eyes in the dark made me laugh out loud. They are your Ghoasts! hehe!
