I was taught how most marinades work is by how much ""ACID"" you have in the liquid used. Tomatoes, sodas, and even beers all have substantial amounts of acid in them. And the acid works in a short amount of time by breaking down protein strands within the meat thereby making it tender during cooking. Oh ok you said something about that. It was a gift day. reminds me of the start of a famous novel. (Moby Dick?) Then the ""Ropes n Straps n pulleys OH MY!!"" what fun you guys are.

Sometimes you can just put the cameras away and show the before and after video. This one thing can take some of the stress off of a difficult build. I could smell the chicken cooking. I know when I had 3 of my boys living with my wife and I those 6 pieces of chicken would be a small snack lol. Enjoyed the show.

I'm a Dr pepper drinker and I can tell a difference 💯 but for cooking, I think this would be amazing and will try it. I've used root beer for marinade and bbq sauce too. I hope the goats are adjusting nicely. Rodrigo and his girlfriend from "da jungle boy" in panama use a lead and swivel to let their goats get some fresh greens and it works great for them. I think taking the goats on walks will give them a good idea of their new surroundings and fun for all. Yesterday was my birthday 7/11 so we're all having family over to celebrate all our July birthdays. Have a great weekend y'all! 💜

Everything takes two to three times as long with Gary. Gary overthinks everything. And he goes to the extreme with everything. He is a perfectionist. He can not finish anything because he is so afraid of not doing something perfect. Watching you build your house is slow and boring.
