What took decades in Izumi's head it happened in a mere one one-hundredth of one-one thousandth of one one-milionth or one one hundred-bilionth of a second. Ten picoseconds aka how much it takes for light to travel ~ 3mm. When the Genjutsu ended the shock was so powerful that it made Izumi's body expire. He could have easily do that to Kakashi. And the frightening thing is not that he can inflict so much physical and psychological pain in such a short amount of time is that he can perfectly control how much it lasts and how fast it goes by. He can put you through hell for 72 hours and make them feel like double or triple or make them go by slowly as hell to torment the shit out of you.

You don't see anyone outside of their clans using them because of how heavily guarded they are. The Yamanaka Clan (Mind Transfer Jutsu) and the Nara Clan (Shadow Possession)

Orochimaru could get his arms back with the sharingan... Would need his arms... He could his eyes to do it... Naruto doesn't have a lightning affinity... He also doesn't have the sharingan to be able to properly use the chidori... It's very fast

Naruto cannot use chidori (at least at this point) because he does not possess sharingan which is necessary to keep up with the high speed required when using chidori.

some people can use lightning some people can't use lightning charkra so naruto cant study chidori
