Some absolutely absurd comments on here! This sound has devoted the best part of 20 years to Roots music, ive been to their dances and trust me they play with the best sounds and play a very vast range of 70s right through to present. They produce music and i have lost count how many chuune been buss by the Giants like Shaka. One lickle chuune i bought recently produced by them call "Gideon Trod" by Peter Spence. I understand some of the points and it could be relevant with some of the European sounds, but definately not Ital Power, dem ah bad sound trust me!

Nothing absurd about speaking the truth! Whole heap a uploads from this sound & many others can't here any 70"s there can you? Yes sometimes they might slip in a 70s but few & far between. There's also the trend now of taking an old tune & remixing to give it this same fake sound, its rubbish! Play the real thing!

Credit to this sound for playing all style. @reggaemusic6156 so when shaka started playing this style in 1987 was you moaning like an old granny then? Fix up,times change and things grow, xterminator and jammys did the same thing

Yeh right! The truth is this sound & many others today don't even possess a turntable! They mix up something in them yard play it on a laptop & call it 'dubplate' . Whole thing fake buiseness

Couldn't agree more with REGGAE MUSIC! New & old sounds all playing digital fake music. Lost there souls!!!Rather stay in & play my own selection!!

Nothing against this sound personally but this noise you a play typifies the rubbish that modern day sounds play today! No musicians no instruments no engineer no unique studio sound nothing just a poor substitute for real reggae muzik! If you really know muzik you should be playiing the real thing jamaica muzik form the 70s & 80s. Maybe its time for modern day sounds to call this noise something else because it ain't reggae, roots or dub!

Ital Power's style is most defiantly unique bredda, we can all label it how we want but it's spiritual music to praise the Most High, uplift people and inspire meditation. Shaka style. Blessed Love

@@connorwilliams8127 it's not just this sound but most modern sounds seem to be playiing this noise. Personally I find it an insult to call it dub, roots reggae when the founders of real reggae muzik had so much creativity & talent. To me it sounds nothing like the real thing! It's just a cheap fake imitation of the real thing. Back in the day you had to play quality muzik to please a crowd, nowadays anything goes as long as it play loud & heavy! For me this isn't spiritual uplifting muzik!

I know your comments not against this sound personallly. But just to clear it up. I have heard this sound always play 70s 80s 90s 2000s present day roots reggae dub music, lovers rock and binghi music.

And what about OLD sounds that play new style stuff eh? The likes of aba shanti, jah shaka rip ect.
