I think the most important part about having an indoor doggy bathroom is when the owners aren’t home and the dog suddenly has to go. We all know how awful it feels to have to hold it. Why put your dog through that if you have a better choice.

i'm thinking of making a diy version of something like this with pet turf so i can use it for my dog since i'm having surgery soon, she's fully housebroken but i live on the 4th floor and i won't be able to walk her for a month or so when i have my procedure, but something like this would probably work well for me temporarily

we have this and tried using an already used pee pad in the bathroom and they wont go in it to use the bathroom they just go to the bathroom on the outside its weird because they are trained for the pee pad and i already treated them for going in and what not and still wont do it

You should use pine pellets, as opposed to pee pads. as pine pellets are dirt cheap and eliminate virtually all odors. You can pick up a 40 pound bag for about $6 dollars at Tractor Supply Store.

You can’t have pine pellets clipped up to walls if I recall

@@yanisbenzine4173 I don't have to worry about that, I have a female Chihuahua who thankfully, squats to pee in her litter box. As my Chihuahua never goes outside. So I don't douche her with chemicals to stop fleas, ticks, or heart worms.

Never heard of pine pellets....doesn't the pee still spread out...I like the pee container but i think its awful high price for plastic....
