Love this house!!!!! As it is!!!! I would change nothing ,take it exactly as is and live out my life there. You can feel through the screen how much it is loved and loves back in return. I kan honestly say this is the first house I have seen that is perfect for me. Lump in throat I realize this can never be reality, but please tell the owners that I can imagine how difficult selling this house must be. Thank you for showing it to me.

Potential here. Floor plan does not make the most of the space and the home needs some love; art, carpets, upgraded furnishings, some potted flowers around the house...Hope the next owners make sparkle.

Lovely to see a new build that's lovely and not over the top, but still has luxuries like the pool, garden and stunning views! The bottom floor could easily be spiffed up a bit and the perfect independent rental unit for B&B guests if you're not hosting friends or family. That makes for some extra point in the economics of this property! And you'd get all the b&b guests you like being walking distance from the village with big pool, fenced garden and most splendid views, and not have anyone upstairs at all when you're not there. Nice for two generations of family as well! Very petfriendly also. It's a bit of a blank canvas for anyone who likes to decorate, but with great bones and location location location.... 👍👍💕

Nice tour, Nick! I really appreciate the diversity of the properties you’re showing is! There is something for almost everyone. This property, modern indeed, but the Italians know how to use old knowlege to make a newbuilt house quite in tradition. The houses does get the soul of Italy.

Thankyou so much Nick. This reminds me of the properties you showed more of and that I love. I guess Iam more a country girl although I have loved some of the town properties. I never get tired of those views in the country and nature . The price on this house was great for all that you get and where it is located. I definitely would change up the floor plan and decor but other than that great place . Watching a storm come in from that view must be so beautiful and makes for a cozy fire a delicious meal and family . Have a beautiful blessed day Nick keep us smiling😁🙏💕🌼🦋🌻🌹

How wonderful that the tradition of building in stone and brick continues in Italy. Its such a beautiful building and only twelve years old. The established garden and pool are lovely. 🌄 This home has a good, welcoming feel which your " one take", as usual, conveys superbly. It is, however, crying out for art works and persian carpets and for Nick to return in a hundred years for a rummage😊

it's twelve years old going on 100 😉 with it's italian charm of a much older place! lots of comfortable spaces built right in, so livable, and move in ready, with great options for how to make it one's own! that italian vista presents such a beautiful welcome that beckons anyone to come and make it home! another great property nick, to give folks that slice of italy i know many would hope for! it always seems like you know tuscany like the back of your hand to showcase it's best places!

It's always interesting to see the difference between building plans in European homes to American homes. The outside of the house and grounds are beautiful. The inside is well built. As an American, the floor plan is really bizarre.

Hi Nick, this one is much more "my cup of tea" as compared to last week's one. What a beautiful garden and what a whopper of a view - thats what I love in that part of Italy. The house itself is very nice and well contructed, but Istill struggle a bit with the floorplan... For a minute, I thought you were going to do an episode of Storm Chasers. I like this property. There's a good bit of ground to tinker in the garden with vegetables and fruit trees. The construction of the house is splendid, with the use of old stone and brick. I think the ground floor could be developed more; the wheels are turning in my head. I find the price reasonable, considering the newish build, the amount of land, a pool, and the up-to-date technology. Nick, thanks for another thumbs up tour!

Hi Nick, OMGoodness, what a sky. That is a painting! Love the shed...a good studio~~ Love the mix of stone and bricks reclaimed - monster bee -WASP OH NO. How awful for you to have monster wasp sting your lip.... Very lovely little unit on the main floor! like the small kitchen. thank you for putting the seat down. I was wondering where the bathroom was located. I like this main all on one floor - no steps to climb, I can live down here and lease out the top. 2nd bedroom for studio! and extend into laundry for sink access. Oh I have to win the lottery very soon!!! Probably nice to have one neighbor! Oh those mountains...what a sky. The upstairs is a good space also. I hope you sell this one. It is a great holiday home! A lot of your bodies are near some of the same communities like Cortona, etc. I’d ever looking for other video ideas a video tour of some of these communities and some of their shops, bars and restaurants would be neat and welcomed. Hi Nick, It's funny how, right at the end of the video, you said exactly what I was thinking. The house has beautiful bones, but I think it would really sing with the help of some interior design. With those grounds, and THAT VIEW, this place could be an absolute stunner! On a sidenote, when I was living in Bratislava, I had one of those giant wasps land in my beer while I was in the garden. Huge, indeed! I can only imagine the sting. Thanks for another, Neil

They are quite dangerous and I had to stop at the nearest bar and ice my lip for 30 minutes. My whole face ballooned to almost double the size! Everything was fine after 2/3 hours. 🙏 N.

Great price! Like the pool and exterior, the interior layout is a bit odd, I would take everything out and see what a good designer could do with it, a few changes might make it much more appealing, still it's a great value, is the murder hornet included? 😮

Interesting - as a "new build," they seemed to have made sure there was adequate natural light, unlike the more ancient places that tend to be pretty dark, however attractive. Think this place a pretty handsome one, Nick. Oodles of potential for even more fascination. As always, hoping someone with "sense and sensibility" purchases . Nice flow within, wonderful property.

New? As in Newly Minted. New as in Unused. New as in 'NOS' New Old Stock as it would be @ 12-years old and unused. This isn't a classic Stone house. The stone and brick are veneered over a composite wall structure. That said, this is a desirable property . As always...Thanks for posting
