I've watched this video at least 2 dozen times since you posted it. Not because I forgot how to make it, (I've been using Caja China, (both homemade and the one shown here) for over 40 years), but because it's extremely entertaining. You crack me up brother. And BTW, That's exactly how it's done. Nice job. Now let's get back to Alessandra's culinary expertise!!
