Now that's one of the good ones in terms of restoration. Will never have the money but this is a really well maintained piece. One mil purchase and the same amount to settle it it's, in a way, very reasonable. Keep them going!

Those ancient mill stones leaning against the castle - wow! My guess would be that the doors and window arches were changed to gothic arches around the 17th century, as they did in many French châteaus.

Wow, wow, wow what an incredible place. I was really surprised at first to see that there was electricity but then as I continued watching I saw that someone is actually living here. I didn't see a heating source but I assume there is something besides the fireplaces? This place is gorgeous even without any further renovations. Did you see the swing on the tree? Bonus!

Golly what a find!, Yes with the right money and passion this would be a fairytale paradise, a little heaven in Tuscany. Ideally with more land, fields for growing food and permaculture, I can imagine parties here , medieval musicians and wine flowing, people dressed in amazing clothes and laughter and dance, silent peaceful nights in the snow castle in winter with roaring fires and spit roast turning, balmy summers nights in the garden taking in the fragrance of flowers, poetry writing, yes frescos renewed and even new ones made. I'd love to know the history of the place! Some four poster wooden beds imported would be grand! , velvet chairs and candleabras in brass , a few harps dotted about. Whoever buys this will have fun!
