It feels like a home. Wow! Depending on the weather, I could found outside most of the time. I see a kitchen garden and colorful umbrellas with comfy seating scattered about those terraces. I'm also willing to bet there is world class stargazing to be had as well.

Stunnig view, I agree !!!! Beautiful pool area, so charmy. I like the garden with this Olive trees. The house in all is so cozy. I love the kitchen, the studio an the rooms. the first floor is beautiful too. The master bedroom is liovely, The bathroom is ¨old¨ but cozy too. Loved the view & the house I have no idea what the house market & land market is doing in Italy but it has sky rocketed here. I love the privacy the house needs updated but they have managed to keep a lot of the character intact. So I give it a definite 10 on the scale one to ten. I really enjoy your videos thanks for sharing I look forward to seeing the lovely properties each week.

Yes Nick: it's definitely worth it. But despite the love I share with you for the 70's, I'll honestly redo the funky bathrooms. And, in time, refurbish the pig pen into a guest house. Good job mate!

What a view from all windows. To be honest, I would not change a thing. I did wonder what needs to be done? I guess I would convert the pig sty into car accommodation but otherwise I think the price is going to be right for some lucky person (s). I also loved the thousands of books! Cheers, Carol 🇦🇺

It is indeed a great view! The house & grounds do need some work and a well put in. Based on other properties you have shown on here this one should be marketed around 650,000Euros and it would sell. The thought pattern between a male and a female is always so consistent and almost always the same. The women almost always go with “to large, to much”,always thinking practically like who’s going to clean it or take care of it. The guy thinks “I’ll put a man cave here, a barn there and go hunting on the back part of my ponderosa, never practical. Just a funny observation. Just remember- the bigger the better. Beautiful property.

Dear Umesh, Thank you for your comment. It depends on your nationality. If you are an EU passport holder, then yes. There are also Italian government incentives. No, it’s way to expensive. There’s plenty on the market at lesser prices. The bathrooms are totally outdated, I would definitely redo the kitchen (but that is a matter of taste). The ceilings need to be sandblasted (not only the tiles but the wooden beams as well (too dark in my opinion). The outbuildings need to be taken care off (either rebuild or taken down). The garden is an absolute desert and is awful, the patios are a disgrace, the pergola needs redone … I was wondering, are the new windows wood (then why are they painted white?) or are they pvc (in which case they’re worthless in this type of property. I am presently staying just outside Caglietole and your million dollar view has nothing to envy to the view I am presently enjoying writing this comment. The swimming pool looks fantastic, but around it is shabby. Now, your property is indeed fabulous, make no mistake, it has great potential, the view alone is fantastic, BUT it is grossly overpriced. And 6500 sqm is not that big for Italian countryside standards. I am potentially going to contact you to arrange a few visits of the properties you are currently listing, hopefully I can find the time. Continue the good work !!
