"O People of the Book! Do not go to extremes regarding your faith; say nothing about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, was no more than a messenger of Allah and the fulfilment of His Word through Mary and a spirit created by a command from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers and do not say, “Trinity.” Stop!-for your own good. Allah is only One God. Glory be to Him! He is far above having a son! To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And Allah is sufficient as a Trustee of Affairs.” [Quran - Surah An-Nisa; 4:171]

During my college days, there were five of us living together in the same boarding house. Two muslims, two christians and a catholic. One day, my christian friend asked my muslim friend about some religious topic. (Unfortunately i dont remember what it was specifically about). He did replied, but the answer made my christian friend even confused more. So he visited a priest and told him about the conversation he was having. The priest told him not to discuss such matter to his muslim friend ever anymore, lest his faith be shaken. When i learned about the story, a quote of Thomas Aquinas crossed my mind: "to one who has faith, no explanation is necessary. To one without faith, no explanation is possible." I'm one of the two muslims, btw.

In Arabic, when we want to write an official letter, we use the plural, knowing that it is addressed to one person, and this may sound funny to you, but it is a linguistic way of showing respect and appreciation.😅

that wasn't the intention , if your name is Michael and you accomplished something, and when I reference you in my book can I write it as done by: "who is like God?” or “gift from God." or should it be "Michael" .. it doesn't make sense names of people should be translated as the name and not by the meaning of their names.

The most noble person, the most influenced people is prophet Muhammad SAW. No one is equal to him. He has followers more than 1,9 billion people who is still alive plus his passed-away followers, totally his followers maybe more than 2,5 Billion. Not only followers but following what he teach such as sholat ( prayer ) 5 x /day, Fasting, not drinking alcoholic drink, not eating haram (pork) etc. His name is said ( called ) by his followers every day at least 5 billion times a day all over the world. What is the fact ? Every muslims do prayer ( sholat ) at least five times a day. In one sholat at least we called asyhha duannaMuhammadurasulAllah 2 times by every moslem doing sholat plus shalah sunnah, plus Sholawat,Adzan from Mosques, from medias etc and this is done every day by his followers, 1,9 Billion followers plus all medias. So his name is said at least 5 Billions or more every day? Who is more noble than him? Jesus? No. No follower of Jesus following what he teach. Most of those who describe theirself as follower of Jesus they still drink alcoholic, eating pork, having statues,Idol etc.

Just for your information, in summary, Islam not began from Prophet Muhammad, but began from Prophet Adam, which means, his name, could be mentioned in all the scriptures, (Torah, Psalm, Bible) reveal to all the Prophets, from Adam (Peace Be Upon Him) until Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him)

I asked a priest in the Aramaic church ( the most old church in Syria ) about why different churches have different versions ( including more or less books/ verses ) and he said all churches are disbelievers but we are the true ones ! IF God wanted the Bible to stay alive He could keep the message clear and sound! BUT not the original script nor the language of the Christ are saved , and every church think that they hold the ¨truth¨.

Your father is Baba(father) if he ask you who you talking to you won't say ene Baba. But you will say I speak to vhone Baba instead of english ene baba

You stated that you believe the translation of Mohammad's name was intentionally changed and you are right , because that what is mentioned in the Quran. “ Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say, "This is from Allah," to purchase with it a little price! Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for that they earn thereby” All prophets came with the same message to worship Allah only. There was no message to worship the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit from any prophet in the Old Testament before Jesus. This is because the idea was a later human update.

(1) If Jesus was GOD, then why Mark 15:34 says "And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice; "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?"- which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" who is the God Jesus cried to? (2) If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 8:28 Jesus said "I do nothing of myself"? Can't GOD do anything he wills ? (3) If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 14:28 Jesus said "My Father (GOD) is greater than I"? (4) If Jesus was GOD, then why in Luke 23:46 Jesus said "Father (GOD), into thy hands I commend my spirit"? or is Jesus a Baby-God? (5) If Jesus was GOD, then why in Mark 10:18 Jesus said “And Jesus said to him, ‘Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone.”? (6) Also in Luke 18:19 Jesus said only GOD Almighty is Good: "Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good- except God alone." (7) If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 20:17 Jesus said "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, 'I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.' " (8)If Jesus was GOD, then how comes his own disciples in Matthew 16: 13-14 only knew him as one of the Prophets. (9) If Jesus was God how comes he was seen sleeping in Matthew 8:24 yet God never sleep as reported in Psalms 121:4. (9) If Jesus was God who forgives sins then how comes when we was wronged in Luke 23:34 he said that Father forgive them since they don't know what they are doing. (10) If Jesus was GOD , then why in John 17:3 Jesus said that eternal life is believing in one God and believing in Jesus Christ who was sent by God. (11) If Jesus was GOD, then why in Acts 2:22 it is stated that Jesus was a mere man from Nazareth and all miracles and wonders were made by God through him. (12) If Jesus was GOD, how comes in Hebrew 2:9 he was just made a little lower than angels. Can God the creator of the universe be lower than his creation. (13). If Jesus was GOD, how comes in Luke 22:43, he was strengthen by angels, Can God be strengthened by his creatures, how can God be this weak. (14) If Jesus was GOD, then why in Luke 4:8, he said that it is written that worship and serve only God. How come he did not say that worship only me but made reference to God. (15) If Jesus was God, how comes in Revelation 1:1 it is reported that this is the revelation of Jesus which God gave him yet he (Jesus) himself is God as you claim. (16) If Jesus was God how comes in Luke 4:13 he was tempted by Satan yet in James 1:13 God cannot be tempted by evil. (17) If Jesus was God, then how comes in Luke 2:21 he was circumcised . Do you really want us to believe that God was circumcised, do you believe that the man who circumcised Jesus was holding God by his penis !!!. Isn't this the greatest blasphemy. (18) If Jesus was God then how comes in Mark 11: 13, he was very ignorant that he did not know that it was a season of figs. How can God be ignorant to this level. (19). If Jesus was God, then how comes in Mark 11:12 he was hungry, How can God be hungry, isn't this blasphemy to God. (20) If Jesus was God then how comes he said in Matthew 24:36 that he does not know the last day and hour. How can God be this ignorant and fail to know the last day of judgement. (21). If Jesus is God how comes he had a tribe as stated in Revelation 5:5 that he was a Jew from the tribe of Juda. Can God have a tribe, does it make sense to you if you start treason. (22) If Jesus was God then why did he say in Matthew 15:24 that he was only sent to the lost sheep of Israel. Can God be sent in the first place and can he be so tribal like this. (23) If Jesus was God then how comes in Luke 11:37-38, he was seen eating food, he even forgotten to wash his hands before he ate because he was very hungry. Imagine God eating food . if Jesus a te food, the end result is that the food had to be digested meaning that he visited the toilet, imagine God on a toilet !!! . let us start reasoning please. (24) If Jesus was God, then how comes in John 18:22, he was slapped by one of the officers. Can God be slapped by a mere man. Jesus cannot be God. (25) If Jesus was God, then how comes it is mentioned in Luke 2:40 that Jesus while still a child grew and filled with wisdom and the grace of God was with him. Which grace of God was with him if he was himself God. (26) If Jesus was God, how comes that in Mark 1:35, He used to pray, which God was he praying to if he was himself God. (27) If Jesus was God ,then why is it written in 1 Timothy 2:5 that there is one God and one mediator between God and men who is the man Jesus. #المسيح_ليس_اله #Jesus_is_not_a_GOD (28). If Jesus was God, then why did Paul say in 2 Corinthians 1:1 that I Paul I am an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God. (29). If Jesus was God, how comes in Acts 2:36, it is mentioned that GOD has made Jesus both Lord and Christ. Which God made Jesus Christ if he (Jesus) himself was God. (30). If Jesus was God, then how comes in Hebrews 5:7, Jesus prayed while crying in strong tears so that God saves him from death and God heard his prayers by saving him from death.

When Jesus Peace be upon him appointed as Prophet Jews opposed him and even tried to kill him and enmity between Jews and Christians started. And when Last Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him arrived Jews and (sorry to say) Christian brothers and sisters also opposed him because they were expecting that Last Prophet would be from their races. But Last Prophet was appointed among Arabs. So that is time from where enmity between followers of Abrahamic Religions i.e. Jews Christians and Muslims started. And arrival of Last Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him was predicted by almost every Prophet before him. Jesus also told his disciples that I have to say many things unto you but you can't bear them know. When spirit of truth will come he will guide you unto all truth." That spirit of truth according to bible and that all together lovely according to old testament is Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him.

Whe he said "he" "he" "he", deedat was explaining that this "he" cannot refer to "the Holy ghost" as christians believe! Because "he" refers to a person not "a ghost" that we can refer to with "it"! He was just confirming that the "he" refers to prophete Mohamed PBUH who is the person that Jésus PBUH is talking about in the bible. I advise you to react to videos of this man (Ahmed Deedat) who is the father of theology and also the son of theology (Zakir Naik), these two men have photographic memory, they can memorise anything just by reading it, they are gifted! And they have memorized and understood all the books and religions in the world, and they came with the final choice which is islam... God bless you and guide you to the truth brother!

Deedat had no knowledge of the Bible and Koine Greek either. While it is a fact that “spirit” in Greek is a neuter term, this does not necessarily mean the Holy Spirit is impersonal. Nouns in Greek are assigned gender as they are in many languages. In Latin and the modern romance languages this is the case as well. For example, the Latin word for lance is lancea which is feminine. This does not mean that lances or daggers are actually female and personal! The same can be said for Greek words such as kardia, which means, “heart.” The fact that this Greek word is feminine does not indicate hearts to be female and personal. Nor does the fact that a word like baros, Greek for arrow, which is neuter, indicate arrows to be impersonal forces. Words are simply assigned gender in these languages. Further, if being referred to as “spirit” indicating the third person of the Trinity is impersonal, then both angels and God the Father would have to be “forces” rather than persons as well. In John 4:24, Jesus says “God is spirit (Gr. - pneuma) and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”. The word πνευμα, pneuma here is a noun. This form's case is nominative (which usually indicates subject), its number is single, and its gender is neuter. And in Hebrews 1:14 angels are referred to as “ministering spirits (Gr. - pneumata) sent forth to serve, for the sake of those who are to obtain salvation.” The word πνευματα, pneumata, is a noun. This form's case is nominative (which usually indicates subject), its number is plural, and its gender is neuter. Thus, the key here is to examine the context and usage of a word in Scripture, rather than just its “gender,” in order to determine whether we are dealing with a person, a force, or perhaps just an arrow. Speaking of the importance of context, the truth is, the very verse of Scripture often used to “prove” the Holy Spirit to be an impersonal force actually demonstrates the Holy Spirit to be both personal and masculine when examined more fully. John 14:26 in its entirety actually says: 'But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.' There are three key points to be made here. “The Helper” is ho paracleto in Greek which is masculine, not neuter. When the text says he will teach you all things the demonstrative pronoun (Gr. ekeinos) is used in the masculine singular. This is very significant because the inspired author could have used the neuter ekeino, but he did not. If the Holy Spirit were an impersonal force, the inspired author would not refer to “it” as a “he.” Notice what the Holy Spirit does. Jesus says he will both teach and remind us “all that [he has] said to [us].” Action follows being. One cannot “teach” and “remind” if one does not have the intellectual powers unique to rational persons that enable one to do so! The Holy Spirit is here clearly revealed to be a person. Indeed, the Holy Spirit is referred to in personal terms by our Lord throughout the New Testament. If we only consider John chapters 14, 15 and 16, the evidence is overwhelming. So no Muhammad in John 14-16.

Is Muhammad predicted in Songs of Solomon 5:16? חִכֹּו֙ מַֽמְתַקִּ֔ים וְכֻלֹּ֖ו מַחֲמַדִּ֑ים זֶ֤ה דֹודִי֙ וְזֶ֣ה רֵעִ֔י בְּנֹ֖ות יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ ḥikwō maməṯaqqîm wəḵullwō maḥămadîm zeh ḏwōḏî wəzeh rē‘î bənwōṯ yərûšālāim: “His mouth is most sweet; he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.” The first mistake in here is that many islamic apologists say מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים is ‘muhamaddim’. But that is wrong, it is ‘ma-kha-madim’. So there is no pronunciation of Muhammad. The other mistake made by islamic apologists is that they say that ‘מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים' is a name. Again wrong because מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים is a masculine plural noun, so it is not a name (like יְהוִֹה, Yhvh). And because it is not a name it cannot refer to Muhammad. Also the claim that the plural 'im' (or 'eem') in ma-kha-madim in the Hebrew language was ‘added for respect’ is in this case false. Biblical poetry is typically built on pairs of metaphors, for example "they were swifter than eagles, they were stronger than lions". In Song of Songs 5:16 it's "His mouth is most sweet, ממתקים, he is altogether lovely, מחמדים. So מחמדים, ma-kha-madim is equivalent to ממתקים, mamtaqim. So the addition ‘-im’ is just a superlative of ‘desire', so it means 'most desire'. Exactly in line with the other words in vers 16: ‘mamtaqim’ = most sweet and other places ‘partamim' = most noble. Forms of the same Hebrew word are also used elsewhere in the Old Testament, yet Islamic ‘scholars' do not claim that those passages refer to Muhammad. Rightly so, since those verses cannot be forced to fit the notion that Muhammad is under consideration. For example, Isaiah 64:11 mourns the destruction of Jerusalem: “Our holy and beautiful temple, where our fathers praised You, is burned up with fire; and all our pleasant things are laid waste.” “Pleasant things” is a form of the same word in Song of Solomon 5:16. Would the Islamic ‘scholars' contend that Muhammad was “laid waste” in Jerusalem? Additional occurrences of the same word are seen in 1 Kings 20:6; 2 Chronicles 36:19; Lamentations 1:10,11; Ezekiel 24:16,21,25; Hosea 9:9,16; Joel 3:5. Is in this cases also Muhammad mentioned? If yes, why? If not, why not? So in Songs of Solomon no Muhammad.

In Hebrew language plural starts with three persons not two. So Elohim is plural for persons ( father son and holy spirit), not behaving even though it doesn't say it directly but in other parts of old testament like Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53 it describes life of Jesus. Jesus was not Christian he was Jewish. He is Jew who fullfiled old testament and the law of Moses so that people can be under new testament. Jesus became perfect sacrifice as a lamb in temple replacement for our sins.

Does the verse in Song of Solomon 5:16 contain the name of the Islamic prophet Muhammad? A - No, it does not. In Song of Solomon 5:16, the maiden says of her lover, "His mouth is sweetness itself; he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, this is my friend, daughters of Jerusalem." The word translated as "lovely" is the Hebrew word ‘machamadim’. It is the plural of ‘machamad’, which means “lovely, cute, or desirable.” Although it is the root word of Muhammad, it does not follow that the verse refers to Muhammad, especially since the word used is a plural adjective, not the name of a person. Is the Muslim understanding of Song of Solomon 5:16 based on exegesis or eisegeis? The process of exegesis involves 1) observation: what does the passage say? 2) interpretation: what does the passage mean? 3) correlation: how does the passage relate to the rest of the Bible? and 4) application: how should this passage affect my life? Eisegesis involves 1) imagination: what idea do I want to present? 2) exploration: what Scripture passage seems to fit with my idea? and 3) application: what does my idea mean? Notice that, in eisegesis, there is no examination of the words of the text or their relationship to each other, no cross-referencing with related passages, and no real desire to understand the actual meaning. Scripture serves only as a prop to the interpreter’s ideas. It is based on eisegesis. One reason is that the Muslim interpretation fails to adhere to the rules of grammar. It fails the literal principle because it tries to spiritualize or allegorize words that literally mean “lovely, cute, or desirable.” It also fails the historical principle because it interprets Hebrew Scripture according to a modern culture/religion rather than placing scripture in its historical context. Finally, the Muslim interpretation of this Bible verse fails the “Synthesis Principle” of good exegesis: The best interpreter of scripture is scripture itself. We must examine a passage in relation to its immediate context (the verses surrounding it), its wider context (the book it’s found in), and its complete context (the Bible as a whole). The Bible does not contradict itself. Any theological statement in one verse can and should be harmonized with theological statements in other parts of scripture. Good Bible interpretation relates any one passage to the total content of scripture.

We are told that Christians and Muslims worship the same God. Is that true? What you need to establish is: Who/What is GOD? So the question is: Describe GOD? No Names! No attributes! No miracles! No History! What HE has or hasn't done! Can or can't do! Will or won't do! Using the Quran and the Bible only write down the title, chapter and verse only. No text. No Explanations. No commentaries! Describe GOD? e.g. John ??:??, Sura ??:?? Et al. For more than twenty five years I have asked this question with no response. Why won’t a Muslim respond?

Praise GOD, YHWH, JEHOVAH for allowing us to expose Satanic preachers like Achmed Deedat and Zakir Naik. Finding false faults or contrived contradictions in the Bible does NOT make Islam Right. Or gives Islam legitimacy or credence. What Muslims can't get into their thick sculls. 1st John 2:20: But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. Unction means the anointing of the Holy Spirit upon a sermon or utterance so that something holy and powerful is added to the message that no preacher can generate, no matter how great his skills. Jude 1:18: How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. Galatians 6:7: Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 2nd Peter 3:3: Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts.
