Zeppole di San Giuseppe are Neapolitan sweets traditionally prepared on Father's Day. Classic Zeppole consist of a fried Choux pastry base and a thick custard garnished with a black cherry in syrup or macerated in alcohol. Today I want to offer you a variation with pistachio custard garnished with pistachio granules.
