If they wanted to make a mac’n cheese burger, they should’ve started with a blonde roux (I’d probably use the fat rendered from cooking the beef in the roux, just me), pour that over your cheese of choice (I’d go with smoked Gouda, personally), mix in your pasta and meats (ground beef and bacon), top with more cheese and finish in the oven. This really isn’t that difficult
