I think it is the van of a couple vlogger from South Korea @3:36. I watched a vlog from them when they were in Poland. & yes, they drove all the way to Europe. Nice roads, as always! We hope to drive there in late spring time next year...

Like for this video for beautiful views of the Alps and spotting a car from South Korea in 3:36 :D I think I never saw nor Japanese, nor South Korean plates, although I saw quite a dozen of U.S. plates where I live in Kaunas, Lithuania

Nice filming! I like that there is snow still hanging around by the road in June. I'm assuming that you are riding a motorcycle in this video? I might be wrong but I thought you mostly film from a car?
