Ah Italy ....... The only Country where, - (in my opinion), - they know how to cook and serve "Street Food" properly, - especially MEAT, - in their own unique way, - you could see the Ribs, Loins, and Steaks were perfect. When anyone says 'Street Food' and the word 'Meat' I immediately think of ITALY. Other types of Food , - then I think of other Countries, mainly Asia - or for some Fish dishes - France.

@@annamaccow7763 Apparently they must do. Although we never see when it ends, - do they simply run out of meat, or are their mounds of 'left-overs' that are eaten the next day 'cold' in a salad or with Spaghetti in some form or another.
