FLORENCE is so beautiful!

Astounding. The architecture and history are so rich it's mind-boggling. Really hard to comprehend it's real.

I so miss florence, ITALY is the most beautiful country in the world and the most tourists also, man I would live on the streets just to live in ITALY. New Zealand.

Florence us a wonderful city. Each time I go, I learn new things.

I went to Florence this summer, and it's my new favorite city. I loved everything in it, the art, the history, the scenery, not to mention all of DaVinci's inventions. Also, I found statues of my favorite poet everywhere, Dante Alighieri. :D

I was just there about a month ago....I will remember it for the rest of my life and can't wait to go back. It was my favorite city in Italy, easily beating Venice (which I also loved).

My most fave Italian city: Florence! And Uffizi is one of my top 5 Italian museums, probably 2nd best fave. Going back again for the nth time (9th??) to finish my Scavenger Hunts for kids. Yes any museum can be FUN if one knows how to make the visit fun :-) ❤❤❤ Florence

I also learned about Florence and the Renaissance era in my World Civilizations class in college.

I was lucky enough to visit Florence this april. Magnificent City!

Any of the Assassin's creed games are way beyond just climbing buildings. They do teach history, even if mixed with the story of the fictional main character. The game have its own database to acess information about the historical characters and places. For the fans like me, it's a creative way to learn and even encourage the players to study history.

@TheGorrack Random gamer here, I never knew Firenze existed until I played Assassin's Creed 2 and the Firenze in the game is really beautiful I'm sure it will be more beautiful in real life. I'm planning to visit someday if I have the opportunity. Also I want to see The Palazzo della Signoria with my own eyes, the place where Ezio Auditore's father was executed (even though it's fictional) and I might even climb the building and perform a leap of faith lol.

Its funny how I had to write a history report for 16-17th century European history and I picked Brunelleschi. Turned out the guy made one of the most famous dome in one of the most famous Italian city. I wonder if the Lorenzo banks and mansion are still there and are they visitable.
