To me, this has a Zouk Caribbean/African vibes to it . Absolutely Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I don’t care what anyone else thinks. This made my cry it’s so beautiful. May the Ancestors bless Africa and all her children! One Love.

Cette chanson n'est pas en Vili mais plutôt en langue Punu. Le Punu et le Vili sont très proches mais sont considérées comme des langues différentes. En réalité elles font bien parties du même espace culturel.

@@larisbemba7967 Je n'ai pas dis que les Vilis étaient des Kongo, j'ai juste dis que Punu et Vili partagent le même espace culturel si bien que les 2 langues sont très proches et facilement comprehensibles. Ces 2 peuple se parlent et se comprennent sans besoin de traduction. Ensuite, l'origine des Punus est située dans le Bandundu/Kasaï et d'après les légendes et les recherches historiques ils ont quitté cet espace après une défaire militaire contre un général portugais. Il semblerait qu'ils étaient des guerriers qui avaient des liens avec le royaume Kongo.

@@23iselle Hum...j'ai des amis et parents punus du Congo-Brazza et du Gabon et jamais je ne les ai entendu dire qu'Oliver Ngoma chantait en Lumbu. C'est en Punu qu'il chantait et tout le monde pe reconnaissait ainsi. De toutes les façons Punu, Bouissi et une autre "langue" dont j'oublie le nom sont presque pareilles. Elles ne sont que des dialectes d'une même langue mère.
