Dear DG ITBP. The CO who was in inebriated condition and the concerned DIG must be dismissed with immediate effect. Concerned CO must be paraded in the ground in public view with military PACK ZERO - 8. For HE The President of India :- The enrolment of ladies in the armed forces viz CRPF, BSF and Army (ASC, EME, Ordnance, Engrs and AEC etc) may please be discontinued with immediate effect.

So sad..I think government should take care of this issue..Only formation of laws related to women will not work but proper implementation is necessary.In this type of issue which is very serious about a lady officer in ITBP ,MHA should provide legal aid and transparent enquiry to the victim in a short fixed time period to provide justice. It will help to boost the morale of women towards their dignity ,our constitution,government and judicial system. I personally request to this brave officer to fight without fear and also want to see u serving our country proudly in future..

Does ITBP and other Army comes under the judiciary of Supreme Court, if yes then their should must be at least on fast track court should be made respecting the rights of victims as humans. Jab Kashmir mein Army patthar khati hai tab bhi hum log issi tarha chup rehten hain, same like that happened with this sister. But here our fight is against our own system.
