I had the mistake of having a retail job at one of the busiest stores of a chain for my first ever while also having undiagnosed extreme anxiety, and this game definitely gives me the retail shakes just from watching it. Weird forced faces, a feeling of constant unease, having a clear and simple job to do but you're getting mauled on sight during a sale. All it's missing is a walkie talkie where you have 10 different calls happening at the same time (repeated over and over with increasing annoyance each time since everyone is busy) and you have to say you are busy every time or the managers block comms to have a 5 minute rant about making sure to say you are busy

yeah I'm honestly not sure why they're so popular lmao. I think there's one game I like from them? But not sure if it was by them or not, one where there's like 4 different girls, you play as each one in turn and play through their fates at like a bording school or something. But even story-wise, there's not really much in terms of that in their games. I'm curious about their novels, but I think murder house has the most amount of story to it. But otherwise it is just crappy jumpscares and loud noises, streamer bait
