One more thing to note is that the exam shield software requires Admin rights to install. If you are going to be using your work laptop that does not have admin rights, it could be a problem.

can they revoke or deny the result after you passed? i passed 2 days ago, on friday, but after the feedback part got "congratulation u passed" and "please note that the results are provisional and subject to the final verification"... what does that mean?

V4 is the way.. v3 support is discontinued

You just need a normal webcam, but it does need to be on during the entire exam, and they will ask you to point the camera around the room at the beginning.

Hey, Moose! Great question. ITIL is a collection of IT Service Management best practices that helps the IT Department align more closely with the business and customers it supports. Anybody working as a technology professional (Service Desk/Help Desk, infrastructure, hardware, software development) or manager will find that the ITIL framework includes practical ways to improve the service aspects of technology management. In this era of digital transformation, technology takes a leading role in shaping the direction of the business. Increasingly (especially since the release of ITIL 4), many non-IT service managers and specialists are finding value in ITIL’s time-tested and sage advice, as well. None...its useless honestly, IT certs are for low level noobs...I'm a CIO and can say they are a waste

ITIL or at least a good understanding of ITIL seems to be almost a pre-requisite here in the UK for many corporate IT jobs (such as at Universities). Contrary to what another commenter on here said, IT certs are the way forward and a way of demonstrating competency and understanding.

@@Beyond20LLC it's confusing from Axelos website they make it seem like you can use a pdf version of the Axelos Foundation book during the exam: www.axelos.com/store/book/itil-foundation-itil-4-edition. "Due to the impact of the coronavirus, from 13 April 2020 to 30 June 2021 individuals are now permitted to print PDFs for exams and use PDFs or official e-books on a second e-device (portable digital devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops) during open book exams."

That being said, I contacted PeopleCert and they said that you cannot use a pdf of the book during the exam.
