Most fakers about creating electricity usually use the well known trick that consist to increase the potential (V) by reducing the current (A) but as the power (Watt = VxA) at the end is lower than at the begining because of the losses in heat, there is no gain... except the gain in pigeons whyo still believe that magic can beat science out of a TV show...

If one actually worked & spun at a decent RPM it could be coupled to a generator like what's used on a wind turbine & used to charge a battery bank at night. None of these "perpetual motion" device work.
