When Rudi Fronk volunteered to step In The Pit with me, frankly, I thought he was making a mistake. Seabridge’s KSM project has been sitting in the mountains of BC, undeveloped for decades. Even after getting its permits years ago, it’s still sitting there. Why on earth would anyone believe this time is different? Well, I asked him… see what you think of the answers.

I was a shareholder in the past. It was painful. My main issue here is the time scales. If you have a long enough time horizon I think this is a great play. But when does the mine actually move forward? No idea. So is there a reason to buy now? I guess, if you think you can frontrun some announcement. I am kind of torn between this one and Newfound Gold. Although there is no reason people can't buy shares in both.

Probably just have to be willing to buy and wait 5 to 10 years for a big pop in price. This is a stock that's better for your kids, but I'm long from 2024 and looking to accumulate more, especially before the life of mine permitting announcement.
