This is so much better than other videos on the topic that it's not even funny. This is what a presentation looks like when someone has spent time honing their presentation skills and thinking through how the viewer is going to "get" the information.

KeyValut is used to stored secret for Azure AD USER Account?

The short answer is not by default. The key vault is a centralized, managed service designed to secure sensitive information (keys, certificates and./or secrets), AND to use Azure AD to authenticate access requests in conjunction with EITHER access policies or Role Based Access Control (RBAC). A key vault has to be created to be used for these purposes, it does not exist by default. You can read more about it here: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/key-vault/general/overview
