Under 54F capital gain account is mandatory to show sale and purchase new property? I mean sold one property and amount invested in new property.

@@AnisFoodTechnTravel yes if you want to exemption under section 54F than you have to invest the amount in purchase of new property

Hi, I have an unanswered query. If I have purchased a residential property 11 months prior to the sale of another residential property and used the sale proceeds to immediately repay the loan of the purchased property, do I still need to deposit the amount in CGAS ? How can this be filed in the ITR as CGAS details are mandatory to claim the 54 exemption ?

Do one thing 1. Mention date of transfer of original asset 2. Date of purchase/ construction of new residential house 3. Cost of new residential house 4. Amount deposit in capital gain account scheme - mentioned zero there 5. Date of deposit - date of purchase/construction of new residential house se pahle ki koi date le lo 6. Account number and IFSC code mention kar do 7. Amount of deduction claim mention kar do

Consider Date of transfer is the date of deposit give your bank details

Stamp duty charge is based on the circle rate of the property in that area as prescribed by the registration authority so find out the registration authority in your area or consult with property dealers they will guide you better

While claiming exemption u/s 54, it is asking date of deposit and account number and ifsc as mandatory field, but i have purchased new property not deposited any amount in cgds, bow how to proceed?

While claiming the exemption under section 54, it is asking date of deposit and account number and IFSC code as mandatory fields but I have purchased new house property and not deposited any amount how to proceed further

Same issue not deposited amount in capital gain scheme account purchased the property within 3 months before next itr filing date. Kindly give suggestion urgently.

Last year पावर पर जमीन खरेदी..पैसा की लेन देणं agrimrnt नही किया...अब जमीन बेचणी है. अगले साल itr file me puchase price का प्रुफ क्या रहेगा. आयटी ऑफिस प्रुफ क्या मांग सकता है. पिताजी के account से payment kiya tha.

This value is decided by Patwari/Tehsildar so go to the concerned authority they will provide but generally this value is less than your actual sales value

@@vpstca Dec main flat sale kiya capital gain amount huva 20 lakhs but abhi tak dusara flat purchase nahi kiya to 20 lakhs bank mein capital gain account mein transfer kar Diya. Vo kaha pe show karna hey.

1.इसके लिये Secrion 54 choose करना padega at 19.31 minute 2.Than at 22.32 minute again choose section of 54 to give details of house and there is option available for Capital Gain Scheme Account

Sir, I have redeemed Mutual Fund having Long-term capital Gain of Rs. 4,61,000 in my Savings account on Dec 2023 and invested the whole amount in construction of new New House on Jan 2024.. Can i get exemption in 54F...but i have not opened Capital Gain scheme Account

If you have not construct or buy the house you should deposit that amount in capital gain scheme account before ITR Filing in order to take benefit of exemption
