I added dividend income in Profit & loss account in column 14 and entered in BP in exemption in column 3. And schedule EI also taken with dividend income as 0. Error rectified. Any way very important video.

Error does not go away but it allows you to upload with a warning that it is defective return. I feel this is a bug on income tax website. Can you report it to them ? If a client has only dividend income under OS , and 44ADA no account case, such figures jugglery is not possible. CAs should report this bug to income tax department.

Please try another method Add dividend income in schedule profit and loss account and then decrease in normal business while calculating profit and also show the same dividend under the head 'income from other sources'

Presumptive income 44ADA hai, to books not maintain under hote huye bhi PartA of P&L and schedule BP me dikhana sahi hoga kya, plz guide coz in my case income is 44ADA and Dividend on share market investment and Saving interest hai jo Total Rs 2,60,000 hai Plz guide, already 4/5 days I wasted on it.

Hi everyone, this is not a portal issue, you need to fix it from your side. step 1- go to schedule BP and provide the exact dividend you got in the previous year. step 2 - go to schedule Part A PL and provide the same dividend you which you entered above. step 3 - go to schedule EI and leave it empty and save. You are done, now submit your return....

In last step of ITR choose self I think you have choose any other OPTION so please check your ITR again
