Күн бұрынHello Everyone. Welcome back to another upload from Flight Level 070.
This time we take the skies in the world's most modern airliner The Airbus Industries most selling commercial aircraft, The Airbus A320.
I am a Commercial Pilot License holder endorsed on the A320, and I have created this video so that people can review the procedures involved in an A320's Circuit and Landing.
For reference I have used the aircraft's Flight Crew Operating Manual. I would like to reinforce the Idea that this is NOT a training video. It is just an outlook of the procedures. Please refer to the appropriate documents for training reference.
The Video is divided in 2 parts as follows :
1st part - Starting 00:50 - A short brief of the circuit and procedures involved.
I will be performing a right hand circuit(non standard) as I will be acting as Crew Member 2(Right Seat Pilot).
2nd Part - Starting 07:37 - The flight in Flight Simulator.

To avoid speed loss (SPEED SPEED SPEED) on base leg 160kts selected is commonly used in many airlines

Hey great job on the video, pro tips are always useful. Can you a do the next video completely focused on landing. Aligning with the centerline is really hard for rookies so what are your tips on it.

Hello. Thank you for your appreciation. As far as your ques goes, it completely depends on how have you setup your F-PLN. As in this case I have setup the F-PLN for circuit and hence there was no requirement of activating the Sec F-PLN, but just in case your primary isn't configured for circuit then for sure set it up on Sec and activate Sec when on downwind leg. Also you do that in case of a Circle To Land as your primary F-PLN is setup for the App you are shooting. Hope that clarifies your doubt. Keep posting and watching my videos, Thank you so much. No v2 called? Also 2 different landings edited together I feel, at 400ft you have 3 red papi, cut different view then on return at 300ft you have 3 white

Very good video but it is not good practice to be making major adjustments at 300 200 feet. try and get lined up with the runway and on glide slope at around 700 600 feet. also you came in a bit high and had to jerk it down a bit, try and keep on glide slope as best you can. Other than that very good vid!

Generally ok but you have a conflicting call sign which can be confusing to ATC otherwise well done
