did you have to get a tune to run the yellow top 555cc injectors? I am in the middle of replacing the stock injectors on my na and purchased the nismo 555cc's. My plan was to get a tuned ecu from z1. But after ordering a ecu with these options, z1 contacted me saying they don't have any tunes for n/a with larger injectors.

contact harry sandhu, he might be able to make u a tune for those injectors.

Rahee's Garage thanks man!!! I talked to him today and he's sending me a socketed TT ecu set up to run 550cc injectors on a N/A. pretty awesome he offers free RE-tunes too for when I can afford to go TT. How's the build coming? Anxious to see the rear mount Turbo setup

i lined up ALL timing marks and then tensioned belt properly with 4mm gap at tensioner, car won't start though, turns over fine with no interference, and cranks but won't start

the timing auto tensioner changes tension gap as you rotate the engine, correct?

basically i just took alot of time, many things happening but i did replace alot of things, all the gaskets, belts blasted and painted a few parts. its just be being slow. thats why it took 8 months, if i actively worked it wud be a month at max. timing belt service was the fastest, pulling the plenum was alot more time consuming. make sure u replace the tensioner. and get a new sprocket for your front main seal cus u have to cut off the old one to get it out

i noticed you started the car for a couple if minutes before radiator and coolant were added back... is that normal?

the therostat doesnt open on an engine until the engine is upto temp, so alot of ppl when doing repairs or major engine service , they start the engine for a minute or so to see if its running ok, coolant doesnt flow thru until the engine warms up as u wudnt want cold coolant running thru the block when the engine is cold as is .

so If you cut off the egr hose and block it and block it on the plenum it's all good?

yes but the egr solenoid is still functional. Since its blocked the solenoid blocks the egr from functioning. its kind of like a temporary way to delete it, proper way to do it is getting rid of everything in the egr system, ( no access with the engine in the car )

alright thanks man! actually pulled my plenum for the first time last Month using your video on my 90 twin turbo and painted my plenum and those egr Bolts man where they a nightmare. so there won't be any problems If I block it that way?

There is an exhaust leak, but it has a single outlet conversion done at somepoint with a no brand muffler
