our house is under HUGE reno after major california flooding at the beginning of the year. new walls, floors, roof, the whole nine! it’s feels so fun that our renos are on the same pace to the finish line!! ❤️

We just did a complete gut of our kitchen! I will say it was a headache and took a lot longer than we would hv liked. But if you are just doing cabinets and countertops that should be easy!! Book your contractor now!! Butter him up😂 bring lunch for everybody!! Starbucks and donuts for all! 🤪 Also how is mason 4 already?! Ugh time flies. And omg those mountain views are breathtaking! Good for you guys doing it with the kids on your backs! Idk if you and davis ever went to watkins glen when you lived in NY, but we just did the gorge hike with our kids and my thighs are still burning 😂

My husband, daughters and I were all set to sell our home last week but the buyers never showed up for the closing. 😞 Our attorney and real estate agent haven been trying to get definitive answers in writing without any luck. Their attorney and bank lender have ghosted us so far. Taking it one day at a time, but it’s been devastating as well as costly. Thanks for taking my mind off of everything for a bit and cheering me up. 🩷
