The Garcia’s are very good boxers. However, we have to be realistic about who we match them up against. It isn’t fair to consider them elite because of their popularity. Yes, they are social media stars BUT that doesn’t translate into the boxing ring. IF these boys had someone in their corner that cared enough about their careers instead of the $$ to be made, both could be addressed. Match them up correctly. Allow them to grow into the bigger fights instead of pushing them into fights they have no business being in. For example, Ryan vs. Tank should have never happened. Too much, too early. Ryan needs to develope. He’s not there yet. He may never get there. At this point I believe his camp knows this. They care nothing about this kids boxing career. The are simply cashing out. Maybe 🤔 this is the right move considering how much he is making. As long as his fanbase continues to support him, I guess it makes sense. The $$ has to be considered too. Ryan may never reach the level we would like him too reach. I believe he’s accepted that fact. He has no chance against Haney. After this loss it is going to be difficult finding him another big dollar fight. His support gets smaller with each loss. The money 💰 gets smaller too. I believe that the kid has maybe 2-3 fights left before he calls it quits. This is ok 👍 because he will have made himself rich. He will not be the champion he wanted but he will be rich. His brother has to win. He will not have the same luxury as Ryan did. His popularity is not there and either is his skill.
