Devoured by disease. Offensive. Boy. Offensive. Boys don't enter college. Young men enter college. Good info tarnished by insensitivity. Just my humble opinion. He was a phenomenal, talented, gifted, compassionate MAN with character and integrity. He shared his talent with us. I am grateful for the same. RIP KING! WAKANDA FOREVER!❤

Well said. I had the pleasure to work with Chadwick and was interested in seeing this. After the first 20 minutes, the contestant referring to him as “The Boy” … absolutely disrespectful and poor taste. Additionally, lost several family members to cancer. To phrase him a “devoured by disease” SMH. Let’s hope the same don’t happen to you.

I enjoyed the biography of Chadwick Boseman, however, the narrator kept calling him, "the boy" throughout the early part of the documentary, then refers to his now wife, as "the girl" and then uses the outdated word, "colored", but as he (the narrator) is narrating about the racism Chadwick faced, it is ironic to use terms that are stereotypically used as racist terms. These terms are off-putting and I am not sure why the narrator would use these terms on a public platform such as this since these terms can be construed as racist and can get this project reported as containing derogatory speech.

This Mexican at my job younger than me kept calling me boy. I checked him. He stopped talking to me altogether. Yea nigga that's right. He was trying to play stupid you know that word is off limits and you're a minority too we got words for you too but I won't stoop to your level but that lasted one night. I stopped that shit. Don't call me boy bitch I'm older than you. I told him straight up. I'd rather you call me nigga. He wouldn't do it. Then don't do it on the low then bitch.

Even though this young man passed was so soon & chocking to everyone, but upon all my devastating concerns about his death, I never thought of this guy demise this way until now that I'm paying more attention & closer look on to his life journey with the legacy he portrayed to be, not just in the arts & the movies career but tapping back into its roots with one of the biggest movie of our time; he was not just participating as one of most main character in this WAKANDA MOVIE but the movie also depicts of black people pride like cultural, characters & costumes way of life been featured all over the entire movie, yes of course the movie is about BLACK PANTHER/WAKANDA; his legacy & memory will likely never fade away soon for so many reason & for some controversy surrounded his death that's yet to be question; I'm beginning to smell suspicious foul played, it's like something is not right or add up here, I'm not trying to suggest, & I'm not trying to Insinuate or trying to cook up some unfounded/unnecessary nonsense theories here, I'm not trying to convince anyone to believe my word for it either, however" this is just my personal opinion as I thought over it again that is demise could be something long coming like unsuspected stalking death trap that has been following him around with silent & slow triggers poison until 2020 new opportunity of virus called covid19 presented itself to make their job quick, easy & undetected, well everything is over for him right now, he has returned to his Maker GOD Who is the Only ONE know all things both in secret & can as well openly prove the accuracy of things; So who am I to project or hint anything without order from ABOVE, I'm but just a human like everyone else, so what do I know, I'm just passing by like u; TO HIM GOD ALONE BE THE GLORY FOR EVER & EVER, AMEN.

There was more to Chadwick Boseman, yes a great actor but a humanitarian at heart and he wore it on his sleeve. He saw the stars and he grabbed them and made a difference in his life and shared it with those around him. I love him I still cry today about him even watching this was so hard without tears. His faith in Hod and Jesus shined through his eyes he was the real thing. I feel so broken for his family especially his mom. We will all meet again my brother in Christ.

I love chadwick and he was very educated, well spoken, and a very great example for the black community. I love watching and hearing all the wonderful things he did in the past that helped him become what we know him as today. However, I don't want to keep hearing "boy", "girl", or "colored". He has a name..

It was good to hear about and see Mr Boseman again. My reason for this comment is solely to express my discontent. How old does a non White person have to be not to be a boy or girl ? The tone of racism seeps through despite the calibur of Mr. Boseman's, long, hard work to become a Giant in the entertainment industry. An apology and some soul searching is needed.

And also I don't think its right they didn't recast him as Black panther. And only because he was black. But instead make the black panther a black chick.!! Come on Man! Thats BS.. But they did recast Gen.Thunderbolt Ross. With Harrison Ford. And only because Ross was played by a white guy! Their sould be no difference.

Is it too much to ask for a wonderful, gifted "black man" to get his proper "RESPECT" even in death❓The disrespect was very subtle but present none the less. The title..."The King Devoured By Disease" was so tacky & insensitive. He's not the first actor to pass away from cancer. But I don't believe for a minute that you expressed any one else's biography in such an insensitive way. Even after he's a young man, you make sure to keep him a boy. I don't see any boys starting college. It's even hard for you to call his wife a young lady when she enters college. But I get it...I guess his life was more successful than any black man deserves. Your words were carefully chosen & I got the point‼️ 😢 😭
