Some of those cars are just unlocked by playing through the DLC's. Once unlocked, people can just buy them from the Autoshow, which is probably why there's always some of those ones available on the Auction House.

I have every car you can possibly get including the Pagani Oreo, Ford GT OPI and Ford Coupe FE. Playlist cars are easy to obtain. Just do the Playlist 🤷♂️

probably just have to auction house snipe it. it helps if you do it towards the middle of the day so it’ll be more common :)
