In this second part of the cancelling episode, Richard and I go over some key points to remember while cancelling the cut kick and some examples of cancelling techniques in closed and open stance. As I'll mention in the video, I personally like cancelling the cut kick in open stance instead of closed stance. I feel like it involves less risk while creating more opportunities to score.
For this homework assignment, it helps to have solid knee pads and shin guards because there is a lot of contact. Try it out and let me know how it goes!
