Swinging is definitely something anyone can make look good, but flipping takes a bit more skill, and you need full body tracking for it to look its best

Time and effort - basically I just draw a web and edit it every 5 frames to make it look like its on the person

How do you do move your legs and stick to walls like that?

I move my legs with "Full Body Tracking", which requires 3 Tracking devices on your feet and legs. It's pretty expensive, and if you're not making videos with it it may not be worth it. There's some free alternatives though, not sure how well they work. As far as sticking to walls, the game has a climbing mechanic.
