AR 30 is only 72,175 exp, and I think it's makeable to reach it in less than a day if enough actions are done like quests and commissions, as well as easily accessible chests, oculi and waypoints. You can go into character trial domain about 131 times to get rid of the fog flag and not get teleported back.

You can do Aranyaka without any previouss quests, so you can always continue the challenge and try to speedrun it on way to low lvl.
