11:05 You actually couldn't have got the hydroculus without the quest because "the well" is initially boiling water so touching it hurts you and you can't dive in it, but doing the quest brings the temperature back to normal, which then lets you get it.

No, Dehya isn't the worst. She isn't even the worst five star. She adds more value to an account than Diluc (he's just outclassed by every other five star DPS character... and some four stars) or Qiqi (lack of cryo app and particle generation hinder her, though she also has her uses), due to offering some unique abilities certain teams can use. She is not, however, a damage dealer, and people wanting her to be a Hu Tao, well, that's on them. And she does benefit a lot from her constellations. That said, her kit does have more issues than any other character. Worst characters are pretty much unchanged, though, with Amber, Aloy, and several of the Traveler kits being at the bottom, with Hydro Traveler probably being the absolute worst.

of course Qiqi lost great part of the already little value she had with more and more characters coming out, but i actually think she's pretty far from being the worst. Kinda decent healing and cryo application, not to mention her C6 can come in clutch at some moments, specially abyss where you can't revive with food
