Yes and no. It's only up to 2. I guess you could play another and get 2 more if you had the right setup. Also u get it if the character falls/dies and had an artifact equipped too.

Why? Barbara heals 6HP for 2 turns while Dehya tanks and DMG total of 6HP in 3 turns.
