Am 42, I did a half marathon in 1hr 53 min recently.....and if you thought I was running since childhood, no, mine was a typical middle class family of 80s and 90s that has never seen a gym in their life. I started running only when I turned 30. But as he said, you just need to be consistent on anything you do and success would follow. The world record for Half marathon is 59min, India's record in 1hr 1min. But adu ellam enakku theveeye ille, my aim is to somehow run in under 1hr 45 min before I reach 45. That, to me, is sucess. Happy running!

8:48 to 9:15 Very true 💯 That's how I started ! Honestly, running is a true fun if you are really committed to it! But do not run too much. Just run, it could be 2k, 3k, whatever. Just keep moving!
