Yeah It's sad that this is the nature of Tarkov these days but the PvP has been fun for me, and the loot is good or I've just been getting lucky. Only thing you can do against rats is just check likely spots to be camping like I did before looting. Obviously wont be 100% safe but if you take your time there's a chance you could spot someone hiding. Some games If there were in a really bad spot to loot I wouldn't even bother trying to. Antoher thing is that I've actually been using the green smoke grenades on bodies out in the open and it has actually saved me once recently! Maybe worth carrying some in your raids

@@itz_sleek I just struggled a lot because I’m fairly new to Tarkov this is my second wipe and I haven’t gotten pass lv 20 lol money is an issue storage is an issue but when I see someone is a wrap cuz I shoot straight but my guns and armor isn’t always the best so most of the time they get away or just turn around and kill me or I just get tapped once and dead 90% of my raids I got tapped 2 times wearing killa’s armor and exfil helmet 2 days ago lmao I haven’t gotten on since almost 1 minute into the raid I was dead

@@ego3637 maybe try focusing more on quests. uve acknowledged that uve only been lvl 20, and money’s been rough. quests help a LOT by leveling u up and getting better buys from traders, for example, some attachments on flea that sell for upwards of 50k can be bought for 5-10k from traders. i’m no expert or anything, but last wipe i had upwards of 15 mil until i stopped for the wipe. i think i have a solid understanding of how to succeed (not perfect) so i’ll try and give u some tips: 1. do quests like i said. traders are super important for getting good guns, ammo, and gear for cheap (relatively) 2. survive. make ur priority in each raid to survive, unless ur going for a kill quest or something. kills mean nothing if u can’t loot them cuz u died. 3. do scavs a lot if ur struggling on funds. woods (the northern part and emercom) and reserve (not too familiar with reserve, try looking for a guide if ur interested) all have really good loot that goes unclaimed that can rack u a few hundred k per scav. 4. consider bringing a solid gun and tier 4 armor into factory and just practice fighting people once u have enough money built up

The boss is friendly initially, only after the ritual is completed does he try to kill you. The biggest issue I've had is player scavs swarming lol

Yeah it was tanking recoil, only reason I used it is because I play so much I like mixing things up a little instead of always using meta stuff 100% of the time so I wanted a low recoil with higher ergo build which is why i went with the hybrid

Start your session with an offline raid or two. Then raid as your pmc, die, do a scav run, repeat.

Definitely overexaggerated statement, this game has insane learning curve and better players with better guns and bullets make you feel like completely bot, which makes people think that there are cheaters more than there actually are.

skill = dont do obvious stupid decisions. Everything else is RNG in this game.

Interchange gameplay loop... 1. rush spawns to kill early PMCs 2. rush Killa 3. irrelevant stuff before extract... Same rules are +- the same on all maps. Thats why Tarkov needs some major overhaul. Because once Arena releases classic EFT has nothing to offer.

Yeah eventually EOD won't be able to be purchased however it's not been announced when. Could be in a year or it could be a few years. It's worth it IF you play a lot and find yourself moving stuff around your stash more than actually playing. If you don't play regularly then maybe not but it's up to you :)

If you manage to loot the cultists they can have really good loot so the event is good for money/PvP. But yeah I agree it's horrible for questing

i just joined this game in august, can someone explain why old tarkov is better?

​@Dwexy basically people liked it back then because thier was no flea status or flea ban, anything could be sold on the flea. The audio was a bit better, it still had its problems though. This encouraged people to move around more which in turn created better pvp. Along with this the loot was also a bit more valuable, you could find sicc cases, the beat case in game, in marked rooms which added a whole lot more at stake if you could extract with one.

​@@Dwexyu can bumrush everything back then. Instantaneous turns, stops, movements. Easy to make big bucks for big kits haha
