I was a 7 year old in 1962 when I first heard live at the apollo theater and that was the very first album my dad ever brought me. I've been digging James Brown ever since! The Flames and JB were legends before their time and JB tight ship and how he pushed Byrd and the boys to next level will never be forgotten. MJ polished up some of these moves but James is always the man to me.

I saw that movie, one of my favorite James brown performances was a song called out of sight. So, good. That show had a variety of wonderful artist. Glad I lived in this time .I'm 67, Thanks for taking me down memory lane. I'm smiling with my heart.
