Not to bring the mood down but other countries don't see guns like the US does. As tiring as it may get for us, southkorea/japan might just see guns in a very edgy video gamey way when they use them like props in media. Because they don't have the....problem we have. Otherwise, Itzy's Japanese tracks are always hype as hell. Fun song and video.

Exactly what I said when American reactors were complaining about Aespa's Savage music video having too many guns. Sometimes they're just aesthetics or to make the members look 'badass'. As an Asian I really don't see that much of a problem, it's not like they're promoting gun violence through kpop.

i really love this song, i've had it on repeat since it released. i'm honestly very happy because it seems like a step up from their other recent songs, although itzy's japanese records are always killing it anyways imo. also ryujin's little rap has had me in a chokehold lol

What with all the gun talk?😭 sawry but they just wouldn’t let go LMAO BTW 7:58 Lia at this time wasn’t(and still isn’t) in the right head space. Idk if y’all know but she just recently went on hiatus due to bad anxiety/ mental health. And these were filmed obviously before she went on hiatus. Y’all can tell her mental health spiraled down since ykw. That’s why during the dance practice/MV that were released she looked sad/down.

Yeah I like the song alot. Its super catchy and addictive. I looked up a lyric video, and i like the message of the song too. 1080P - I think Lia looked sad too. Like the expressions never quite reach her eyes. You can see the signs there of the break. Poor kid.

with all due respect i think you might be projecting.. she wasn't supposed to be giving a happy vibe for the storyline in the mv and lyrics, i'm pretty sure she was just acting. concerns about her state of mind are warranted ofc but this was defo acting. i think she even said on her own in the ringo afternoon tea party that was recorded pre release that it was their first time really acting in a mv to this extent and that she was pretty excited about the results!

@@itzy24hr I hope so. EVen in the dance practices her eyes looked dead. I hope Im wrong and she was fine, but given that we know she had to take a break who knows. Poor kid at any rate.

@@TheScreamMan she's definitely been overworked, i'd say the whole of itzy tbh! she's definitely been going through it but i don't think she has really shown us that. what i'm saying is the character of bubbly and laughing lia was still present during the times when she had it rough so i don't think it's great to overanalyse her expressions etc just because she announced her break. i will say that for ringo it was definitely acting since she was actually excited to see the results of her acting which i think is a shame that it could be perceived this way instead of immersive acting - the mv wasn't supposed to be a happy vibe ! i don't think any of them rly smiled, and singling her out and psychoanalysing isn't so helpful. moreover lia's smiles not reaching her eyes was literally the point it was clearly supposed to be a sort of smug smirk cynical smile. i suppose i am writing all this just because maybe i just want people to see her acting skills and talents in general which is what it was instead of just seeing her through one lens

Someone please tell me I'm not crazy but for some reason the beginning chorus part where they sing So bring me ringo ringo ringo, Doku ringo datte swallow reminds of the part of the Jason Derulo song Talk Dirty where he says Been around the world, don't speak the language (uh-huh), But your booty don't need explaining (uh-huh).

You're crazy for thinking that a song wouldn't sound like some other songs out there. Sampled or not, there are always chances of having the same melodies.
