The way I smiled wide when I heard Rj call Chaeryeong beautiful cause people never appreciate her beauty and always bully her for her looks and compare her to her members it just makes me really mad because she looks like an angel and full of talent 🥺❤️ stan chaeryeong. Stan ITZY 💜

I think Chaeryeong has the best camera presence, her eye contact and engagement with the camera pulls you in, makes you feel like she's looking right at YOU. Yeji is my bias but Ryujin is a super close second! I love Ryujin's playful "i dont give a fuck" attitude and Yeji just OOZES charisma. MIDZY for life

the song and the choreo of ryujin's performance really suits her and showcase her character and her facial expressions that make her stands out. in my opinion the aotm performances focused more on their character and style as individuals more than their dance capabilities which are undeniable too

I agree. These performances were reflections of their individual colors, not a test of their dance abilities or skills. I love all 3 performances but enjoyed that Ryujin made such an offbeat choice. 😎

Can we give a moment of appreciation to the back up dancers though, they are almost as talented in dancing as the artist yet only few people appreciates them. Well maybe it’s because their work is to make the artist shine, but I just want people to acknowledge them.☺️

they have creative freedom and choose the songs they wanna dance, that's why it showcases their personality and highlights their individual talents so well! artist of the month usually only invites main dancers of groups (ryujin was the first lead dancer to be invited if i'm not mistaken). i love their aotms so much for different reasons. they're all very talented, kind, sweet and funny.

11:54 BRUH LMAO😭 This made me laugh so hard also artist of the month is when they choose a kpop idol that they want to showcase so not everyone gets the chance to do them in the group, so far only them 3 have it. The artist can showcase anything the artist wants, they choose the song and they show their talent and personality with it but the dances are choreographed with choreographers and the artist. Ryujin wanted to show off mostly her charisma and do something different, yeji shows her maturity and fierceness, and chaeryeong showed off her dance and elegance.

Chaeryeong is my bias in Itzy because of how she carries herself regardless of what people say. THAT makes her so much more beautiful in my eyes. :) And one day she will learn how to smile. (I'm kidding) Also, Yeji and Ryujin have a song together. Check ir.

You pronounce "Chaeryeong" correctly. ;) I'm so happy to see people enjoy her performance. She's so talented but underrated. Some people attacked her appearance and said she was not pretty enough. Artist of the month is a pretty rare group. For more than half of ITZY to have made it is a big deal. But I do believe that Yuna is in line for an appearance, if Lia gets one then that would be amazing.

Chaeryeong has an older sister who's also a kpop idol. Her name is Chaeyeon and she was the first idol to be the AOTM. Many consider her the best main dancer of the 4th generation of kpop and I agree. I hope you react to her and her former group IZ*ONE which already disbanded last year (it's a long story but basically it's from the survival show Produce 48 and their contract already ended after 2.5 years)

The AotM videos are all iconic!!! I hope you eventually watch Yeji & Ryujin’s Duo of the Month (or whatever it’s called) with Bebe Rexha’s song. It’s truly the best & caused Bebe to release a remix with Ryujin & Yeji 💜😻💜

You got all of their names pronounced right! The backing vocal in the chorus is sung by Lia, the main vocal of Itzy. This is their first orginal Japanese release. They had released their past title tracks in Japanese last year, but Voltage is the first single that was produced in Japanese from the beginning. Thank you for the great reaction!

“An unhelpful guide to ITZY” by Ryujinnies is one of my favourites to recommend to new Midzys as it mixes good memes, informational content & showcases ITZYs personalities well. However, that particular video came out a while ago so stuff may feel outdated. But it’ll be cool to see you delve into more ITZY content & see their personalities outside of performances!

personally i don’t think the studio choom videos are the best way to showcase their amazing dance skills there are some clips on youtube of them dancing to some songs that i think are way better
