The mv is reall meaningful tho. The Be free and be what you want. Explore the world even you don't have a wing because there are tiny things like spore that also could fly high and bloom. Also there's little korean kid that still picking out despite everyone have move on, it seems like "hey there's nothing wrong to take your time,"

"You say 'hoo' Then I fly." Just how many times do we read rude comments on SNS like: IU? Who? Nugu artist? Local artist? Like that soo… Uaenas can now now go: She flew. Point to the sky! This genius lyricist turned rude comment into a cheerful motivation, because 'hoo' is Tweety (bird) language like: Go! So the 'hoo' part because it's for blowing on a dandelion and making the spores fly but it also is meant to be 'who' obviously
