Thanks for checking out Palette! The show has changed and evolved so much since this first episode and it has only gotten better. The addition of her amazing live band in her later episodes makes it even better. Guests that have come on the show can’t help but praise her awesome band. You will find that IU and the guests have such a mutual respect for each other and the conversations range from heartfelt to hilarious. Not to mention the beautiful covers!

Palette is evolved from homebody signal and mish-mash live, contents from iu after she moved to Edam, also when pandemic hit south korea (and world) in 2020 - 2021 This palette name idea is taken from other music talkshow like this in KBS, yoo hee yeol's sketchbook (and lee sora's proposal before). Now that program is changed name into The Seasons, with the host changed every season. The format is basically the same : talk and singing.

Yay! I’m happy you’ll be watching the Palette episodes from the start! From me being able to relive it again, it will be wonderful to witness you watch it all for the first time. First episode was one of my favorites & you’ll discover more of IU’s personality from the show alone. It’s rare to watch her perform “Love of B” nowadays from her masterpiece & critically acclaimed album “Modern Times,” so that was a treat to hear. Sadly not a lot of guests have covered songs from that album on Palette (maybe because they’re difficult), but it’s one of.. if not her best.

Her starting by saying '51.6 MHz' is a little joke. She's making believe she's doing a radio broadcast (that would be the radio frequency) but 51.6 is referencing her birthday, May 16.

I'm a big jukjae fan, people don't really go back to this episode much, but I love it cause' it's very authentic. You can feel the friendship, the comraderie, the improv. That's all very youtube, y'know. Begin again was a great show to watch, and also jukjae's radio show has some great live musical content if you're into that. Finally, IU and Jukjae performing The Visitor (그 사람) is MAGICAL.

have you looked at IU's Palette with her Ultimate FAN GIRL Kim Sejeong? Sejeong is such a IU fan girl, that once when she was in an interview talking about her own New release... You know what, it's okay if you don't talk much when watching Hotel Del Luna there are reactors that are like that but if you upload the uncut reaction that's more perfect because we need an excuse to rewatch HDL! And personally I would love to rewatch with you I'm sure everyone prefers the same. So pleaseeee just upload the whole thing when you watch hotel Del Luna per episode 😊
