They debuted in 2015, same year as twice, ikon, Gfriend, monsta x etc. They also monster rookie in that year tho:) They took the title on another level, not only they made their own songs since before debut but choreos (but after they got bussier, of course they got help from proffesional choreographer and the performance unit still contributed in the choreos especially Hoshi, their performance leader) , fanchant, merchandise, intro and outro logo for their show, going seventeen, direct and produce mv (u can see snapshoot mv and at the last it have credit), their own vatiety show, going seventeen also based on the members ideas, plus they even self produce photobook magazines and the profit will go to donation:)) on our last anniversary on 14feb this year, they even made special birthday song for fans anniversary :) theyre so precious. The lyrics of the song also by carats and woozi composed the song(we created it during woozi birthday vlive). I'VE been into kpop since 2011 and i felt regret just stanned seventeen during latst year(bcs of quarantine) although i know them since 2017(dont wanna cry era) and loved their song titled clap! But its okay as long as im still here supporting them and im glad that i found them:) Although they have a lot of members, trust me u can put any pair of them and it wont be awkward at all. Their bonding is so precious and many ppl jealous how strong their friendship is although back then pledis is bad at treat and manage the members. Tbh, in 2017, i also didnt stanned them bcs they have a lot of members, i thought that there will be a member that i feel like he might be somehow abandoned but as i discovered about them last year and watched their shows, they proved me wrong! Seventeen is the only group that still stay strong together as ot13 for more than 6 years since debut until now WITHOUT ANY MEMBERS LEFT BEHIND:) ITS NOT EASY AT ALL FOR GROUP THAT HAVE MANY MEMBERS TO STAY LIKE THAT:)) Not only that, their chemistry and bonding is so dynamic and most of ppl can relate it thats why their shows are so entertaining. Hoshi, The member sitting in the front next to IU is a Shawol. he really liked SHINee since childhood. If you are interested in getting to know SEVENTEEN, if your plan is to watch several MVs at once, my recommendation is Adore U (May, 2015/debut) - Home (Jan, 2019) - HOT (may, 2022). Those 3 songs are recommendation if taken from around the beginning of career, middle and newest (korean only). The nuances of the songs are also different. The song IU listened to at GDA was Rock With You (2021). It's also a recommended song. Since everyone's preferences are different, I won't force you to watch and like them, it's just that if you are interested and want to get to know them... i was so shock about this group. i first introduced to them through this interview and my first thought is, wow, what a polite, calm and steady group. how naive i was back then. As i get to know them i can say they are very wild and not calm at all😂

It's the opposite situation for me. I had obviously heard of IU but never saw or listened to any of her stuff. Then when I saw my ult group Seventeen was on her show especially my bias Hoshi I had to watch it. She seems super cute and sweet!
